Dec/2011 - Publication and official launching of his first book entitled: The New Renaissance of Italian Fusion Cuisine 1.0. The first one of a trilogy that will be published back to back until 2013. Already reviewed by Rasegna Culinaria di Milano and Culinary Trends magazines, as the most revealing culinary book for Italian cuisine of 2011.
